Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the information below.
Conditions of Returns
- Unwanted items must be returned and received by us within 28 days of your delivery date.
- Returned items must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Shoe boxes and any branded packaging must be returned undamaged and unused. These are considered part of the product.
- When trying on items, please avoid contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other substances.
- Footwear must be tried on indoors on a clean, soft surface.
- Most of our products are eligible for return. Any items that are not eligible will be clearly mentioned on their product page.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Made to order items
- Custom products
- Products marked as non returnable in their product details
- Hair accessories unless they are unworn
- Perishable goods
Gift boxes
- Bottles and dummies unless unopened and in sealed packaging
- A return on these exclusion items will only be accepted if the item is faulty or does not match the description provided. If the return conditions are not met, the item will be sent back to you.

- Once processed, your order will be shipped through Royal Mail Track 24 Hour Service.
Shipping Cost
Standard tracked shipping within the UK is GBP 7.99.
